We are seeking a Truck Sales Representative to join our team in Shartlesville, PA. The successful candidate must exude positive energy and perseverance to develop and grow sales for our new and used truck departments. In addition, successful candidates must possess superior organization and time management skills.

We offer a very competitive compensation plan that includes commission pay. Candidates with previous experience in truck, auto, or heavy equipment sales preferred.

Primary Responsibilities
· Keep current with new products and promotions.
· Manage existing customers. Seek and develop new customers. This includes personal visits to existing and potential new customers in an assigned territory.
· Learn the Kenworth truck specing process, proposal development, order completion, and deal closure procedures.
· Be an effective administrator and have the ability to communicate.

Minimum Requirements:
· Previous sales experience with heavy duty trucks highly desirable. Sales experience with automobiles and/or heavy equipment will also be considered.
· Excellent customer service experience and strong communication skills. Must be reliable, friendly, customer focused and team oriented.
· Solid time management, analytical skills, and computer skills are necessary
· Class B or A CDL (including manual shift transmissions) is preferred upon hire. A minimum of a CDL learner’s permit will be required within six months of employment.

We are looking for a diesel mechanic to join our team in McKees Rocks, PA who will be enthusiastic about growing professionally and helping us deliver the exceptional service that our customers expect. The opening is on first shift, Monday through Friday.
 
We seek experienced mechanics as well as applicants with training in diesel technology at the high school or technical school level. Some work experience or education in diesel repair is required. Exact starting wage will be determined by amount of education, certifications, and work experience. Sign on bonus for all newly hired technicians; tool incentive program for recent graduates of technical schools.
Primary responsibilities:

• Accurately diagnose vehicle problems based on customer complaints and inspection
• Document work in progress on computer system
• Perform repairs according to dealership standards and factory specs
• Road test vehicle, if necessary.

 Qualifications:

• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision
• PACCAR, Cummins, CAT & ASE certifications a plus but not required
• Valid State Inspection License a plus but not required
• Valid CDL License preferred but not required

We are looking for a service advisor/writer to join our team in Dunmore, PA. The primary work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 3:30 p.m. to midnight.
 
Our Service Advisors are responsible for scheduling service work in the service department and for selling additional needed service to customers. In addition, this position may be trained to handle ordering parts our technicians need to complete work orders. Exact starting salary will be determined by documented previous experience and knowledge of the medium/heavy duty truck repair industry.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with service customers to determine the nature of the mechanical problems
• Secure agreement from customers before repairs; cover cost estimate; and approximate time when truck’s work will be completed.
• Handle minor customer complaints and misunderstandings.
• Follow up progress of each repair order during the day, contact customers by telephone regarding changes in the estimate or time promised.
• Coordinate work assignments for service technicians.

Requirements

• Previous medium/heavy duty truck service or automobile service advisor/writer or mechanic experience HIGHLY DESIRABLE. Current CDL also a plus.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Enthusiastic demeanor even in a fast-paced environment
• Solid computer skills to include Microsoft Office programs

We are seeking an experienced Outside Parts Sales Representative to join our New Stanton, PA team to take that location to the next level of parts sales. This position is responsible for generating new customers and developing the existing accounts to increase sales and overall customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate must exude positive energy and perseverance to develop and grow sales for our parts business. Applicants MUST have a minimum 3 years of experience in auto or commercial truck parts or diesel engine repair.

This individual will be driving a company vehicle and must have a good driving record along with a valid license. Applicants should be reliable, friendly, customer focused and team oriented.

JOB DUTIES:
· Be an active/aggressive parts salesperson, with the purpose to fulfill our customer’s needs for truck and trailer parts with special emphasis on the all-makes parts business.
· Seek and develop new customers for profitable growth.
· Write orders, properly price orders and check availability as required.
· Be an effective administrator, and have the ability to communicate with people.
· Achieve market penetration goals through the identification of customers by utilization of a prospect system, market research and sales contact.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Three years experience in auto or commercial truck parts sales or diesel engine repair REQUIRED.
• Previous experience in B2B sales highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills to include excellent verbal and written communication skills.
