Kenworth of Pennsylvania’s York Branch Achieves Kenworth PremierCare Gold Certification

Kenworth of Pennsylvania is pleased to announce that its branch in York, PA, has officially become PremierCare® Gold Certified, achieving Kenworth’s gold standard in heavy-duty truck service. Kenworth officially launched its PremierCare Gold Certification program in 2015 with the aim to further enhance the highest level of customer support at Kenworth dealerships.

There are several criteria that a dealership must meet to reach PemierCare Gold Certified status. Kenworth dealers must provide an ExpressLane diagnosis, an estimation of repair time within two hours, and must have extended hours. They also must have in place a dedicated support staff with full Paccar engine certifications, Kenworth TruckTech+ Remote Diagnostics service technicians, a large parts inventory with guaranteed in-store stock of Paccar MX engine parts and TRP aftermarket parts, a comfortable and productive driver’s lounge, and offer mobile service.
