Kenworth of Pennsylvania Named Technology Dealer of the Year by PACCAR Parts

Kenworth of Pennsylvania has recently been named Technology Dealer of the Year by PACCAR Parts at an awards ceremony celebrating dealer achievements and performance. The awards ceremony kicked off the 2024 Parts and Service Meeting hosted by PACCAR Parts and Kenworth Truck Company that took place August 5-7, 2024 in Nashville, Tennessee.

Overall award criteria at the ceremony was based on maximizing uptime, retail sales growth, parts purchase growth, absorption, PACCAR MX Engine technician staffing, participation in customer support programs, and efforts to maximize customer uptime. “Kenworth dealerships are consistently raising the standards for parts and service excellence every year,” said Laura Bloch, PACCAR Vice President and PACCAR Parts General Manager. “It’s an honor to award dealers for their outstanding achievements.”

Kenworth of Pennsylvania was recognized as the Technology Dealer of the Year for leading the use of analytics tools and growing sales through the Online Parts Counter, PACCAR Parts’ eCommerce program.
